Independent Properties.
Operated With Discipline.
Eighty web properties, owned outright and run as one book — from live intelligence feeds to consumer brands to the tools that build them.
Explore What We Do →Our Expertise
We build the property, then we run it.
Most of what gets called a portfolio is a list of domains. This one is a list of things that are switched on. Every property here was designed, written and shipped in-house, and the ones that carry live data have been carrying it continuously — not a demo, not a mock, an actual feed with an actual refresh interval.
The discipline is ownership. We do not licence the brand, rent the stack or hand the operations to somebody else. What we build, we keep running.
Live sites and applications across four practices, each with its own domain.
Properties fed by real upstream sources rather than static content.
Wire services, market feeds and public APIs behind the intelligence practice.
The full register behind every live build — active properties and strategic holdings, conservatively valued at $4.8M+.
What We Do
Four practices.
The book is organised by what a property actually does, not by what it is built with. A brand and a probe deck are different businesses even when they share a stack.
Live Intelligence
News wires, network probes, weather and federated search — the properties that are only worth anything if the data behind them is current.
Nine propertiesMarkets & Capital
Equities, crypto, payments, cards and the domain book itself — instruments priced in public, reported without commentary.
Nine propertiesConsumer Brands
Food, drink, jewellery, watches, travel and events. Owned brands with their own audiences, run independently of one another.
Sixteen propertiesStudio & Tools
The instruments — audio, generative art, imaging, identity and the operations console that keeps the rest of the book on the air.
Twelve propertiesThe Portfolio
The whole book.
Every property, what it does and where it lives. Filter by practice, or read it straight through — the register is the same list the firm works from.

What We Believe
Three positions.
Held long enough to have cost us something, which is the only test that means anything.
Domain, design, code and operations. A property you only rent part of is a property somebody else can switch off.
A real feed with gaps in it is worth more than a perfect mock. Everything here reports what it actually has.
Eighty properties exist because none of them waited to be finished before going up.

From the desk.
Notes on operating a book of independent properties — what the live data shows, and what running it teaches.
What a seven-continent probe actually measures
Reachability is not latency and latency is not health. Notes from running connectivity tests against fifty public endpoints, continuously.
PortfolioValuing a book nobody else is bidding on
Independent digital property has no comparable sales and no clearing price. How we mark the book conservatively, and why.
IntelligenceFifty sources, one contract, ninety seconds
Every wire disagrees about structure. The work is not collecting the feeds — it is making them arrive as one shape.
MarketsThe exchange that answers 451
A live price is only live if someone is still answering. What it takes to keep thirty-two quotes honest when the venue refuses your country.
