A clinical desk that keeps your record on this device.

What is on the desk

Intake, a symptom checker, appointments, visit rehearsal, clinicians, facilities, natural compounds, vitals, medications, a condition tracker and an imaging lab, each a module of its own on the rail.

Where the facts come from

The symptom checker works over a table of 219 conditions and 85 symptoms across eight body systems. Clinicians are found in the federal NPI registry; hospitals in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ list of 5,419 Medicare-certified hospitals; and DICOM scans are opened in the page itself by the dicom-parser library, which ships with the desk rather than loading from a third party.

What it will not do

It is not a diagnosis and not a medical device. The checker orders conditions by how many of your symptoms they share, not by how likely they are, and any warning sign that needs urgent care is shown above the list. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Where your record lives

The record you keep here — intake, vitals, medications, appointments — stays in this browser’s storage, and a registry search sends only what it searches for. The record leaves only when you send it: as a JSON export, or — when this site is able to send mail — as a packet emailed to your own address after you opt in and confirm that address with a code. The rail’s Wipe button clears it.
