Reading this page

An entry is a place that carries a name and one of two tags in OpenStreetMap: craft=winery, a place where wine is made, or tourism=wine_cellar, a cellar that can be visited. Where the map holds the same place twice, as a point and as a building outline with the same name, the two are one entry here. Wine shops are a different tag and are not in this register.

The count for South Korea is a count of what volunteers have mapped, not of what exists. Where few people map, few wineries appear. An entry may have closed since it was mapped, and a new one may not be mapped yet. Addresses, websites, phone numbers and hours are shown as tagged and only where tagged.
