Scope: a standard domestic LLC at standard processing speed, filed online where the online and paper fees differ. The figure shown is the one the cited page states; an add-on or a paper fee that the page also states is in the note under the figure, and nothing is computed from a note.
Idaho LLC filing fee
$100 to file the Certificate of Organization - Limited Liability Company
Note from the reading Online filing (SOSBiz) pays the $100 base filing fee. A paper form adds a $20 manual processing fee, $120 total. Add-ons stated on the same page: $40 expedited or $100 same-day service. The $100.00 figure also appears in Idaho Code 30-21-214(b)(16).
“Certificate of Organization – Limited Liability Company $100 (base filing fee) $20 (manual processing fee) $120 Total”
Idaho LLC annual report and due date
$0 to file the Annual Report, every year
Note from the reading The Secretary of State's own pages read today explain how to file the annual report but state neither a fee nor the due date. Both were read in the Idaho Code on the Idaho Legislature's site: the fee in 30-21-214(b)(7) ('Annual report ... No fee'), the due date in 30-21-213(c): 'must be delivered to the secretary of state for filing each year before the end of the month during which the public organic record of a domestic filing entity became effective' (https://legislature.idaho.gov/statutesrules/idstat/Title30/T30CH21/SECT30-21-213/). The Secretary of State's forms page says paper annual report forms are by request only and that paper submissions carry a $20 manual processing fee.

“(7) Annual report No fee”
Idaho LLC annual tax or franchise tax
not read
Not read. No official page was read that states whether Idaho charges LLCs an annual, franchise or privilege tax separate from the annual report. The Secretary of State FAQ only refers tax questions to the Idaho State Tax Commission.
Not read is not the same as no tax. It means no official page was read that says whether Idaho charges an LLC an annual, franchise or privilege tax separate from the report fee.
Publication requirement
not read
Not read. No official page that was read states a publication rule either way.

Looked for and not read
- A Secretary of State page (rather than the statute) stating the annual report fee and due date: https://sos.idaho.gov/annual-report-help/ redirects to the SOSBiz application, which needs JavaScript and did not return readable text.
- The PDF form at https://sos.idaho.gov/CORP/forms/LLC/LLC%20Cert%20org.pdf returned 404 (redirected to archive.sos.idaho.gov).
- Whether Idaho charges LLCs any annual or franchise tax separate from the annual report: no official statement read.
The researcher's notes
Written by the researcher who read the pages, unedited. Field names such as due_kind are the names in this site's data file.
report.fee_usd is a sourced 0: the statute's fee table lists 'Annual report' with the value 'No fee'. On the legislature's page the fee values are drawn by script as dot-leader entries (label and value are in the page source as paired fields), so the quote is the label followed by its value. The report source is the Idaho Legislature's statute page, a state government domain but not the filing office's own page; the filing office's pages did not state the value. publication.required=false rests on absence in the official instructions. PUBLICATION (orchestrator, 2026-09-28): recorded as not read. The researcher observed: No publication step appears on the Secretary of State's 'Starting a Business' and forms pages; this is read from absence, not from an explicit statement that none is required.
