Scope: a standard domestic LLC at standard processing speed, filed online where the online and paper fees differ. The figure shown is the one the cited page states; an add-on or a paper fee that the page also states is in the note under the figure, and nothing is computed from a note.
Indiana LLC filing fee
$95 to file the Articles of Organization (State Form 49459)
Note from the reading Online (INBiz) fee as shown by the INBiz Fee Calculator after choosing In State, Secretary of State, Filings, 'Domestic Limited Liability Company', 'Formation' and pressing Add Filing. The calculator adds: 'A processing fee will be added upon checkout, minimum of $1, will not exceed 2.15%.' The paper form, State Form 49459 (R12 / 01-26), states 'FILING FEE: $100.00' (https://forms.in.gov/Download.aspx?id=16989).

Indiana LLC biennial report and due date
$32 to file the Business Entity Report, every 2 years
Note from the reading For-profit businesses: $32.00 on INBiz, $50.00 by paper. The INBiz Fee Calculator (https://inbiz.in.gov/Inbiz/FeeCalculator/Index) shows 'Business Entity Report $31.00' for a domestic LLC before a processing fee of at least $1, which reconciles with the $32.00 stated here. Due rule on the same page: 'Due Date: The month and day the business was formed or registered. You have until the end of the month before the report is considered past due.'

Indiana LLC annual tax or franchise tax
not read
Not read. No official page was read that states whether Indiana charges LLCs an annual, franchise or privilege tax separate from the Business Entity Report fee. The INBiz page only says the report 'is not the same thing as filing your taxes'. Indiana Department of Revenue pages were not read.
Not read is not the same as no tax. It means no official page was read that says whether Indiana charges an LLC an annual, franchise or privilege tax separate from the report fee.
Publication requirement
not read
Not read. No official page that was read states a publication rule either way.

The researcher's notes
Written by the researcher who read the pages, unedited. Field names such as due_kind are the names in this site's data file.
Two official figures exist for each filing and they differ by channel, not by contradiction. Formation: $95.00 online per the INBiz Fee Calculator (https://inbiz.in.gov/Inbiz/FeeCalculator/Index) versus 'FILING FEE: $100.00' on the paper form (https://forms.in.gov/Download.aspx?id=16989); the online figure is recorded per the schema's scope and excludes the checkout processing fee (minimum $1, at most 2.15%). Report: the Business Entity Reports page says $32.00 on INBiz while the Fee Calculator shows $31.00 before the processing fee; $32.00 is recorded because that page states it in words at a fixed URL. So formation.fee_usd excludes the processing fee while report.fee_usd appears to include the $1 minimum. The Fee Calculator is interactive: its URL shows $0.00 until the selections are made, so a reader must repeat the selections to see the quoted line. An older IN.gov business guide (https://www.in.gov/core/business_guide.html) gives $30.00 for biennial filings; it is dated (it cites 2008-2009 wage figures) and was not used. publication.required=false rests on absence in the official form instructions. PUBLICATION (orchestrator, 2026-09-28): recorded as not read. The researcher observed: No publication step appears in the instructions on the Articles of Organization form (State Form 49459); this is read from absence, not from an explicit statement that none is required.
