Oklahoma LLC filing fee
$100 to file the Articles of Organization
Note from the reading Same $100.00 by mail, in person or online. Paying by credit card (in person or online) adds a four percent (4%) service charge; same-day in-person filing adds $25.00 per document. Both surcharges are stated in SOS Form 0074 (https://www.sos.ok.gov/forms/fm0074.pdf).
“Articles of Organization - Oklahoma LLC 18 OS 2055 100.00”
Oklahoma LLC annual report and due date

Oklahoma LLC annual tax or franchise tax
Does not apply Franchise Tax (eliminated)
This is what the page read says about Franchise Tax (eliminated), in its own words. It is a statement about that one tax. It is not a statement that Oklahoma charges an LLC no tax of any kind.
“Oklahoma's franchise tax has been eliminated as part of a comprehensive tax reform plan.”
The franchise tax was eliminated; tax year 2023 was the last year a franchise tax return was required.
Note from the reading The Oklahoma Tax Commission release speaks of the franchise tax only. It does not address any other tax; an LLC's income is taxed under the ordinary income tax rules, which are outside this schema.
Publication requirement
not read
Not read. No official page read states either that publication is required or that it is not; the Secretary of State's organizing procedures (Form 0074) list no publication step.

Looked for and not read
- Whether the Oklahoma Tax Commission's franchise tax ever reached LLCs before its repeal: the release does not say.
- The HB1039X Franchise Tax Update in the Tax Commission's Business Help Center, which the release points to, was not opened.
The researcher's notes
Written by the researcher who read the pages, unedited. Field names such as due_kind are the names in this site's data file.
Fee schedule and Form 0074 (revision 07/20) agree: Articles of Organization $100.00, Annual Certificate $25.00. Form 0074 full sentence: 'Every domestic and foreign limited liability company registered to do business in Oklahoma shall file an annual certificate each year on the company's anniversary date ... and shall pay an annual certificate fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00). (Title 18, Section 2055.2)'. tax.applies=false is sourced to a July 2023 Tax Commission news release on the franchise tax; it is a statement that the one candidate tax is gone, not a general statement that no tax of any kind applies.
